Cancellation Policy
Refunds can be denied at the sole discretion of management, but we'll try our best to refund customers should emergency situations arise. If something comes up and you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below. Without sufficient notice, you forfeit your deposit. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 fee. Please call the park directly; we do not accept cancellations via email. (251) 970-0110
Four-Weeks Prior: Cancellations made four weeks prior to the reservation start date will receive a full refund of the entire payment made at the time the reservation was taken.
Less than 4 Weeks Prior: Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the reservation start date will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
“No Shows” will be charged a $25 fee and won't receive any of their deposit back.
Rules and Regulations
- We love to have a great time, we live by the golden rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” – Luke 6:31. Translation: Respect your neighbors and we will all have a great time.
- Quiet time is from 10pm until 8am. This rule is strictly enforced and violators will be removed from the park without hesitation.
- RV sites are intended for 2 adults, 2 children, and 2 pets per site. Additional charges will be assessed for more. $5 per person per day beyond that. All guests and visitors should be registered at the front office.
- Excessive noise, nuisance, public intoxication, illegal drug use, nudity, foul or offensive language, explosives, fireworks and firearms are not permitted inside the resort at anytime.
- No smoking allowed in any of the buildings or laundry facilities
- ATV's, dirt bikes & go carts are not allowed to be driven in the park area. Management reserves the right to ban any vehicles deemed dangerous, a hazard, or an annoyance to any guests.
- No non-running vehicles are allowed on the property. Vehicles are not to be serviced on the property.
- Don't leave any items in the grass area. Chairs, grills, potted plants, etc must stay on the patios or pad. Enjoy the area but don't leave anything in the mower's way.
- Our property covenant requires us to meet what is defined as an upscale RV park. Therefore management reserves the right to determine what is upscale and what is not. Failing to meet the requirement means the park could be forced to close - you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
- In order to maintain our rates, we ask that while you are gone for any length of time power consuming air conditioners and heaters be turned down or shut off
- Do not cut down or deface any tree or branches in the park.
- Please keep driving to a minimum. No loud vehicles. Do not exceed 5 MPH in the park.
- There is maximum of 2 vehicles per site, only park cars at your designated campsite. Inquire with management for any additional cars, boats, or trailers.
- No hunting, fishing, or trapping of any kind is allowed.
- Golf carts, mules and other small recreational vehicles are permitted, but should be adult driven. Recreational vehicles with loud mufflers or engines are not permitted.
- No vehicles are allowed on hiking trails meant for pedestrian use.
- Check-Out time is 12pm, Check-In time is 3pm
- Please do not leave trash bags on the grounds, place all bagged trash in the dumpster at the front of the park.
- Rules and policies are subject to change without notice. All guests and their visitors must adhere to the rules.
- Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, losses of personal property from any cause. We reserve the right to evict or ask to leave any camper or visitor, at any time for failure to observe the rules or for detrimental conduct.
- Anyone drinking under the age of 21 or guests disturbing the peace of other campers will be escorted from the park and may face further penalty. This is a family park!
- Fires are allowed in approved above ground fire pits only (see management office) and must be extinguished before bedtime.
- Please watch your children and pets. You are responsible for their behavior.
- Pets should be on a leash at all times.
- Children should be supervised at all times.
- Each site must be occupied by one and only one RV (defined as motorhome, 5th wheel, travel trailer, pop-up trailer, cab-over truck camper or camper van management reserves the right to determine if vehicle fits said definition). No sleeping allowed in non-RV vehicles. Limit one sleeping unit per site. Additionally, please do not erect any tents, canopies, screen rooms or pet enclosures.
